Κατασκευή Δικτύων Ομβρίων Νερών

Στις εγκαταστάσεις αποχέτευσης χρησιμοποιούμε σωλήνες και εξαρτήματα από πλαστικό βαρέους τύπου 6 atm ή σωλήνα πολυπροπυλαινίου της VALSIR. Οι σωλήνες αυτού του είδους έχουν αντοχή στις χημικές ουσίες όπως απορρυπαντικά, ισχυρά διαλύματα, καθαριστικά κ.ά., αποτρέπουν το φράξιμο λόγω των λείων επιφανειών και έχουν εξαιρετική συμπεριφορά στην κρούση και στις θερμικές καταπονήσεις. Η στεγανοποίηση και η σύνθεση των σωληνώσεων επιτυγχάνεται με την χρήση ειδικών ελλαστομερικών δακτυλιδίων. Σε κάθε λουτρό – WC τοποθετούνται σιφώνια δαπέδου από πολυπροπυλένιο P.P. VASIR NEW με σύστημα υπερχείλισης και συγκράτησης αφρού. Στο εσωτερικό του το σιφώνι αποτελείται από οσμοπαγίδα η οποία αποτρέπει τις οσμές, τους αφρούς, τα ζωύφια στο λουτρό και είναι αποσπώμενη για τον καθαρισμό του σιφωνίου. Στο εσωτερικό του διαθέτει ακόμα ενσωματωμένο λάστιχο το οποίο εγγυάται πλήρη στεγανότητα και τέλεια εφαρμογή στο δάπεδο. Οι σωλήνες του σιφωνίου προς τους υδραυλικού υποδοχείς θα είναι από σωλήνα ίδιου υλικού , το οποίο δεν διαβρώνεται από μικροοργανισμούς ή χημικά απόβλητα αποκλείοντας έτσι το φράξιμο των αποχετεύσεων.

Αντικατάσταση Παλαιών Σωληνώσεων

Η αποχέτευση είναι ένα πολύ σημαντικό κομμάτι για την καθημερινή ομαλή λειτουργία του σπιτιού. Από τους σωλήνες της αποχέτευσης περνούν πάρα πολλά λύματα, καθώς απομακρύνονται από το σπίτι σου. Έτσι λοιπόν κάποια στιγμή θα παρουσιαστεί κάποιο πρόβλημα και θα χρειαστεί επισκευή σωλήνα αποχέτευσης.

Θέρμανση

Εγκατάσταση Ενδοδαπέδιας Θέρμανσης

Τοποθέτηση συλλεκτών. Η εγκατάσταση ξεκινάει με την τοποθέτηση των συλλεκτών στους πίνακες διανομής οι οποίοι έχουν τοποθετηθεί σε θέσεις που έχουν προδιαγραφεί από την μελέτη.
Τοποθέτηση περιμετρικής ταινίας. Στην συνέχεια τοποθετούμε την περιμετρική ταινία κατά μήκος της εσωτερικής πλευράς των εξωτερικών τοίχων και όλων των εσωτερικών τοίχων όπως επίσης και σε εσωτερικές κολώνες θερμαινόμενων χώρων που δεν εφάπτονται σε τοιχοποιίες. Η περιμετρική ταινία χρησιμεύει κυρίως στην προστασία των δομικών στοιχείων από τις συστολοδιαστολές του θερμαινόμενου δαπέδου.
Τοποθέτηση αρμών διαστολής. Μετά την τοποθέτηση της περιμετρικής ταινίας οι υδραυλικοί δημιουργούν αρμούς διαστολής με την εγκατάσταση ειδικού φιλέτου αρμού σε όλα τα σημεία που χρειάζεται και τα οποία καθορίζονται από την μελέτη.
Τοποθέτηση μορφοπλάκας. Το συνεργείο μας τοποθετεί τα τεμάχια της μορφοπλάκας με μεγάλη προσοχή ξεκινώντας από τις γωνίες των θερμαινόμενων χώρων.
Τοποθέτηση σωλήνα. Για την τοποθέτηση του σωλήνα επιλέγουμε μαίανδρο διάστρωσης σαλιγκαροειδή, έτσι ώστε δίπλα σε κάθε προσαγωγή νερού να υπάρχει και μία επιστροφή, γεγονός που μας εξασφαλίζει ενιαία θερμοκρασία δαπέδου και κατά συνέπεια ομοιόμορφη θερμοκρασία χώρου.
Τα μήκη των κυκλωμάτων έχουν καθοριστεί κατά την μελέτη με βάση τις ανάγκες θέρμανσης των χώρων αλλά και περιορισμών σε σχέση με την μέγιστη επιτρεπόμενη πτώση πίεσης ανά μέτρο σωλήνα και την μέγιστη επιτρεπόμενη θερμοκρασία επιφάνειας ανάλογα με το είδος του χώρου.
Επίσης, τοποθετούμε σπιράλ προστασίας σε όλα τα σημεία που προδιαγράφονται από την μελέτη. Έχοντας ολοκληρώσει την διάστρωση των κυκλωμάτων προχωρούμε σε λεπτομερή επιθεώρηση όλης της εγκατάστασης με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στα σημεία αλλαγής κατεύθυνσης και στους αρμούς διαστολής.

Underfloor Heating Installation

Installation of collectors. The installation begins with the placement of the collectors on the distribution boards which have been placed in positions specified by the study.
Installation of perimeter tape. Then we place the perimeter tape along the inside of the exterior walls and all the interior walls as well as inside columns of heated spaces that do not touch the masonry. The perimeter tape mainly serves to protect the structural elements from the contractions and expansions of the heated floor.
Installation of expansion joints. After the installation of the perimeter strip, the plumbers create expansion joints by installing a special joint fillet in all the places that are needed and which are determined by the study.
Formwork placement. Our workshop places the pieces of the formwork with great care starting from the corners of the heated spaces.
Pipe installation. For the placement of the pipe we choose snail laying meander, so that next to each water supply there is a return, a fact that ensures a uniform floor temperature and therefore a uniform room temperature.
Also, we place protection spirals in all the points specified by the study. Having completed the laying of the circuits, we proceed to a detailed inspection of the entire installation with special emphasis on the points of change of direction and the expansion joints.

Construction of Rainwater Networks

In the sewerage systems we use pipes and fittings made of heavy plastic type 6 atm or polypropylene pipe of VALSIR. Pipes of this type are resistant to chemicals such as detergents, strong solutions, cleaners, etc., prevent clogging due to smooth surfaces and have excellent behavior in impact and heat stress.
